We accept all unused, unopened merchandise for exchange. We exchange only. No refunds will be honored. All Sales are final Please inspect all products BEFORE use to confirm you received the correct products.

We offer fast shipping and always ship out orders in-stock. However, we are not responsible for late shipments via third party carriers resulting in missed hair appointments etc. We are not responsible for stolen packages after delivery. Please refer to your tracking number to predict delivery day.
